New Production From Brazil’s Companhia de Dança Deborah Colker Comes To The Barbican

By 21 January, 2013

An amazing new dance production from Brazil’s Companhia de Danca Deborah Colker is coming to the Barbican at the end of January. Tatyana is a physically daring piece exploring the four main characters from Pushkin’s classic novel, Eugene Onegin.

Companhia de Danca Deborah Colker have developed a reputation as Brazil’s leading contemporary dance company. Regular visitors to the Barbican will be more than aware of their choregrapher and director, Olivier Award-winner Deborah Colker, who has visited many times. Colker was the first female director to work with Cirque du Soleil, when she created OVO in 2009. Tatyana arrives in London after performances at the Edinburgh International Festival last year.
