Curve Music to offer Music Giveaway on May 1st

By 15 April, 2011

Curve Music is celebrating its first anniversary by giving away 25 of its CDs for 24 hours. All you have to do is email Curve and they will give you a code to download much of their discography on 1st May for free. This will include albums by Monique Maion, Tupiniquim and Lucio K.

Since setting up business on 1st May 2010 Curve Music have involved themselves with the music business in a number of ways; through releasing Brazilian acts such as Tupiniquim, Thiago Correa, Lavoura and Monique Maion, but also through arranging shows, curating radio programs and also supplying music for soundtracks and advertising. You couldn’t accuse them of being lazy!

1st May will also be the day that they release O Quarto das Cinzas, the debut album of O Jardim das Horas. The group are from Fortaleza, Ceara, and the album is a real treasure trove of sounds and melody. There are definite glimpses of electro via Goldfrapp or Guizado but also the rugged Northeastern vibe of Eddie.

The label has also recently signed Zemaria, Canja Rave and will be launching a new arm of the label, (©urve)lectro™, which will focus on dance music.

To get a code for the unlimited 24 hour download just email [email protected] from 12 midnight on April 30th 2010.

You can already download two of Curve Music’s albums for free.

(©urve)music™ :: 100% Original Sounds is a wide variety of songs from the album. You can download this HERE.

Special Remixes is an eclectic collection of remixed released in December 2010. This can be downloaded from HERE.
