Inventions In Sound: DIY Synth Music from Brazil Playlist

To accompany his in-depth article on the DIY synth music scene in Brazil (which can be read here), Andy Cummings has put together a Spotify playlist featuring many of the artists featured in that article. This is synth-based music ranging from the early experiments of Jorge Antunes in the 60s and 70s, through Jocy de Oliveira’s pioneering electroacoustic work of the 80s and on to the contemporary experiments of Anvil FX, Arthur Joly and Blue Beast.
