WIN Lucas Santtana London Tickets

Brazilian singer/songwriter Lucas Santtana will be making his first appearance in London for five years with a show at London’s Rich Mix on 23rd March, and we have a pair of tickets to giveaway for the performance.

Santtana is fresh from the release of his latest album, O Céu é Velho Há Muito Tempo, an album which saw him strip back his songs to just guitar and voice. It was a necessary artistic statement to reveal the heavy topics at the core of the album, which looked to find understanding, love and compassion amidst the current political upheaval in Brazil.

As well as songs from O Céu…, expect Santtana to play songs from across his career, taking in electronic textures and influences from dub, tropicália, samba, pop and rhythms from the north-east of Brazil.
