Arthur Verocai performed in Los Angeles for the second time a couple of weeks ago. It seems as if it was a life-changing experience for everyone involved so we thought we would post a couple of the videos here.
Two shows were scheduled for the trip. The first as part of Mochilla’s Timeless series, in association with VTech, and the other on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic show in Santa Monica. The performance is archived HERE.
Here’s what the folks at VTech had to say about the start of the show:
After a quick break Arthur took the stage – the band being smaller than it had been for Timeless took nothing away from the power of the music. Many in attendance actually preferred the performance at the LATC because of its intimacy. At the end Arthur received a long standing ovation, he then asked the crowd “What music do you want to hear?” The answer was “Boca do Sol” and the video link is below….
