A Brazilian Legend at the Jazz Café, London
31 January, 2024The influential musician and all-round fascinating character, Jards Macalé, is appearing at the Jazz Café with his band on Sunday, 10th March. The man from Ipanema is in his early 80s now, but his musical light still burns bright. His 2019 album, Besta Fera, was nominated for a Latin Grammy for “Best MPB Album” and his long and influential career as musician, composer and iconoclast has earned him the authentic label “legendary”. Not to be missed, in other words.
