Ney Matogrosso Featured on Petites Planetes
24 October, 2011The latest instalment of Petites Planetes – Vincent Moon’s series of audiovisual delights that he has been filming across the world over the last year or two. At the start of 2011 he recorded a number of performances in Brazil, and this is one of those.
This new instalment features Ney Matogrosso, a singer who achieved fame through the group Secos e Molhados in the 70s, and who has since remained one of the most distinctive singers and performers Brazil has to offer. Here he performs “Nada Pra Mim” and “Fala”, two of his signature songs.
