Boebis’ Rhythm And Noise – A Brazilian 2015 Mix

By 02 September, 2015

He’s done it again! Regular S&C contributor Boebis has put together another quality mixtape of music from Brazil, this time featuring some of the amazing sounds coming out of São Paulo. Here’s Boebis to explain a little more about the mix:

“Rhythm And Noise are words than can fairly describe the exciting new sounds coming from Brazil. It’s also the name of the last album by Thiago França, who along with Kiko Dinucci and Siba, is one of the key musicians of this generation. They are figureheads of the São Paulo scene, hailing from states across Brazil but all based in the “grey city”, with Casa de Francisca as their headquarters. Though they obviously possess different styles, they all share a common vision of music, rootsy and avant-garde, cosmopolitan but still Brazilian.”
