Caribombo Releases Video for ‘Mi Raza’ Set During Venezuela’s San Benito de Palermo Festival

Caribombo have released a video for their song “Mi Raza”, which features Mene Mauroa as well as a spoken word vocal sample from Hildebrando Briones.

The video depicts the San Benito de Palermo festival in Venezuela, showing how Caribombo and his family and friends enjoy life in Maracaibo and Cabimas, showing the interactions between sun, smiles, music and culture.

“Mi Raza” features on our compilation Sonidos Raíces del Perú as well as Caribombo’s album Origen, which is available on Optikal Dubs.

The video was directed by Carlos Guillen and Chevy Diaz and produced by Cinestesia Media. It was shot in Cabimas and Maracaibo, in Venezuela. Check it out below:
