New Video by J Balvin: ‘Azul’

By 01 April, 2020

At a time when a global health pandemic has major artists postponing tours and playing to virtual audiences online via laptop or smart phone, J Balvin has a released the music video for “Azul,” the second in a special live series for Vevo.

We’re pretty sure the Colombian urbano artist had no idea its theme would oddly fit in at a time when latex gloves, face masks, and other protective equipment is all the rage. For the video, Balvin worked with Catalan artist Sergie Arbusa to transform unique locations into inflatable sets by lining the walls. Lined walls seem super clean and virus-free, if you catch our drift.

“Azul” is the second video off his latest album, Colores, which hit the number 2 spot in the Top Latin Albums chart this week.

Additional performances for his tracks “Rojo” and “Negro” will be released later this week. Watch “Azul” below.
