Miami, Fl., -based rap-reggae-cumbianistas Locos por Juana released their much-anticipated fifth studio album, “Somos de la Calle” (We Are From the Streets), in September, and the single, “Dame una Noche,” is now avaialble for download.

Per their style, it’s a wonderful hybrid of cumbia, hip hop and reggae.

Nominated for a Grammy and Latin Grammy as well as several other awards throughout their tenure, the bilingual Jam-Band formed in Miami, FL., in 2000, and are recognized by their electrifying onstage show and their unique take of Afro-Caribbean Music. The present lineup consists of vocalist Itagui Correa, guitarist Mark Kondrat, and drummer Javier Delgado, which form the nucleus of the group, joined by trombonist Lasim Richards and percussionist Carlos Palmet. Guest musicians often join the band onstage.
