Psych-Pop Legends Os Mutantes Announce UK Tour Dates
15 September, 2015Brazil’s legendary psych-pop outfit Os Mutantes are all set for two magical nights at London’s Village Underground.
The group made their name in the 60s and 70s as part of Brazil’s counter-cultural tropicalia movement. After splitting up in the 70s they made a triumphant revival at London’s Barbican Theatre in 2006, before Sergio Dias (one of the three original members) started recording again under the band’s name, releasing Haih Or Amortecedor in 2009 and Fool Metal Jack in 2013. Now, fittingly, they are back in London for what should be an exhilarating brace of shows.
