A Series of Dirty “Brazilian” Movies at the Embassy of Brazil

By 03 June, 2016

The Cultural Section of the Embassy of Brazil in London in collaboration with Dirty Movies presents a season of “the dirtiest Brazilian films from the past 10 years”. This exciting new initiative will offer the chance for cinephiles to explore some of the most challenging and thought-provoking of Brazilian films.

This amazing programme will combine five screenings with introductions, talks and reviews. Among the films being screened will be Matheus Nachtergaele’ A Festa da Menina Morta and Tavinho Teixeira’s Batguano, which depicts Batman and Robin struggling to survive in an apocalyptic world.

The season of ‘Dirty Movies’ will start on the 8th of June with an introduction by Victor Fraga of Dirty Movies, followed by the screening of Batguano.
