Pistolera take a road trip from the desert to the city

Pistolera released El Desierto y La Ciudad on July 12th. It’s the third album from this New York-based quartet, and one that takes the listener on the road with songs ranging from dusty ballads about the desert to upbeat polkas and cumbias, reflecting life in the city.

Accompanying the album’s release are the great video for the title track below (shot entirely in the Mojave desert), a taster mp3 which you can listen to below, as well as a US tour, details of which, as with everything else, are below.
