02 August, 2011Along with Criolo, Emicida is defining the new sound of hip-hop in Brazil; integrating with the underground rock scene, using the internet and mixtapes as a tool for distribution, incorporating all elements of Brazilian music including African influences, and with socially-aware lyrics that speak for “the people.”
Emicida has just released a 9-track EP on The Creators Project which you can download here or listen to below:
