Jazz-fueled hip-hop from Chile’s Como Asesinar a Felipes

Incredible hip-hop here from Chile’s Como Asesinar a Felipes. Mixing live jazz, urban rhymes and digital trickery to create a classic hip-hop sound, that’s part Jaga Jazzist, part Mos Def. These are definitely one to watch out for.

Como Asesinar a Felipes will be playing Lollapalooza this April along with Javiera Mena, Denver and Fother Muckers. They are part of what is becoming a ridiculously-good scene in Santiago, one that brings together the best indie music and hip-hop in Latin America.

Como Asesinar a Felipes will be supporting Chiago’s post-rock titans Tortoise at Teatro Nescafé De Las Artes on Friday 25th March.
