Sonidos Frescos Summer 2018 Playlist
27 June, 2018The tracks are hitting think and fast this summer so we figured we’d put together a YouTube playlist of some of our favourite songs and videos of the past few months. It’s a real cocktail of sounds and reputations, going from big names like Bomba Estéreo, Juana Molina and Monsieur Periné to the lesser known Gabriel Rammsy, UANA and Cocó Nonó.
There’s plenty of electronica from the likes of Chancha Via Circuito and Javier Arce with Lagartijeando, but there’s also blissful folk from Rumbo Tumba, frenetic cumbia from Cumbia Chicharra and La Inedita, and Brazilian ciranda from Mestre Anderson Miguel, to name just a few of the artists and styles involved.
